We are hosting a Screening Day with Certified TPI and PGA Professional Will Painter. If you want to make the connection between your body and swing, this is a fantastic opportunity to understand why your swing characteristics come to the surface.

WHAT IS IT?

The session will begin with hitting balls on Trackman to understand your ball flight and swing characteristics. This information will set the stage for the session, where we can then quickly move into the TPI movement screening, in which you will go through numerous movement screening exercises, allowing us to understand what your body can and cannot do.

Once we have gathered all the data, we will then be able to link the way your body moves with what is happening in your golf swing—this is what we call the body-swing connection.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

• If you are struggling to make changes to your golf swing and are not sure if your body can perform the moves you/your coach want to perform, this could be the answer you need.

• Interested in making your workouts in the gym more specific to your golf? The screening will give you direction on which movements you need to improve physically in the gym.

• Swing your swing? It's not all about changing the way you swing and move—the body-swing connection can help you understand the swing style that would best suit your body.
